50 Apex packs lost.

The new season started a few hours ago. I tried to open the game a few times, but it gave an error. I tried everything, and finally, the game opened somehow. I decided to open 50 Apex packs and boosted it with 75k Legends tokens. I opened the packs, and a few seconds later, it gave a “server error” message. I waited, but it didn't work. Then I joined a game, finished it, got my 50 packs, but it didn't give me anything.

    EA_Mako​ My problem still hasn't been resolved. There's been no response. If everyone is experiencing this problem, we'll wait a while for it to be fixed. But if it's only me having this problem, it shouldn't take this long. 

    I'll say it again. I didn't join any games while unpacking the files. After getting the error, I joined a game hoping it would fix itself. I restarted the game both through EA and Steam, but nothing changed.

    No. I didn't enter the game while opening the packages. I opened 50 packs a few seconds later I got a “server error” message. I waited a while for it to fix itself, but it didn't. So I joined a game hoping it would fix itself. After the game ended, I returned to the main menu. My 50 packages were gone, but I didn't receive anything.

    Hey MV4Si​,

    Sorry for the concern with any packs that seem to have gone missing here. Just to clarify, you said you opened the packs, received an error, joined a game, and got 50 packs after finishing the game? 

    I'm a bit uncertain here as you said both that you opened the packs and that you got the packs after opening them, but didn't get anything. If you received an error when initially trying to open the packs just before joining a game, it's possible the packs were just returned if they couldn't be opened at the time. 

    It may be worth signing out of the game and relaunching it, then repairing your game installation if needed. From what I can see here, you still have a number of packs on the account and have not opened any recently without receiving something from them, though there weren't anywhere near 50 packs opened today. If you relaunch your game and appear to be missing something, it'd be best to contact support directly so they can take a look at the contents of the pack(s) that were opened.
