a long account issue
Over the past few years, I have been slowly wanting to get back into apex again, back around season 11-12 I was banned from psn because of a bad ex friend of mine, I tried logging into m account here recently and none of my stuff was there, I connected this EA account to m current playstation account here recently, still do not have m heirlooms or skins from seasons 4-11 and can't find the "create a case" page, if any frum workers could point me to the case page I would greatl apprciate it.
(also I have tried like everything on my end to get m cosmetics back)

If the PSN account you had originally played on was banned, none of the progress made while on that account would have been available when Cross Progression was activated on all accounts back in 2023, after you'd stopped playing. If you've logged into the same EA account with another platform or new PSN and the content is not appearing, that would be why.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to restore any progress or content lost due to a ban like this regardless of who was at fault at the time. If none of that content is available after logging back in with the new PSN, it would be lost permanently.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked, however they would not be able to manually grant any content that was missing due to the previous ban.
