My EA account showed a ban at [Dec.29 time], but now the Penalty History tool displays "no violation records," so I can't submit an appeal through the normal entry. I closed the appeal form when I tried to file it earlier, and now I need to resubmit the ban appeal. Please assist with this.
Be aware this takes days and days of waiting and still I have no reply or any off the data I provided reviewed - better off creating new account and starting again or play a diff game

If you don't see the ban in your penalty history, then you can use the webform linked in this article. Once you raise an appeal our terms of service team will look into it for you.
