You can appeal your ban and EA agent should be able to review your report and get back to you. Unfortunately we can not do much more on the forum.

Asus Aurora software brings up a false positive from the anti-cheat software when loading Apex. I have to kill the task in Task Manager all the time before playing. I think this issue should be fixed in the software and not rely on user interactions to resolve. We like our lighting options on the expensive rigs.
