Sorry to hear what you’ve been dealing with. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially if you believe the account was compromised and the ban was applied because of activity that wasn’t yours.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to review or investigate bans directly here on the forums. If you still believe the account was hacked, the best next step would be to continue through the appeal/support process and include that account compromise timeline as clearly as possible.
If the penalty is not showing in your Penalty History, please use this webform instead and include as much detail as you can.
