Account data was cleared(Level Became 1)

My Account Data was all clear. And My Apex Level became 1. It happens on Jul-30-2022. I just playing normally on Jul 23 and Jul 24. When I want to play Apex on Steams. It suddenly told me to login in...

    Hey @Cesitial,

    If you've recently unlinked your Steam and EA Accounts and re-linked a different account, this would also cause your progress to be lost.

    Based on the dates you've mentioned and the date I see this account being linked, it appears that may be the case here.

    The only way to restore this would be to re-link the original accounts in this type of situation, however if you run into any trouble doing so you'll need to reach back out to support as @XHelperZ  mentioned. 

    I'm afraid we are unable to make any changes to accounts via the forums.

@XHelperZ Thanks for your help, but I have contacting EA Support twice.. The second service staff suggest me to submit the case in forum.😞😢
