Account Hacked then banned, now ea wont unban it?

So i am going to post this here hoping i will get help.  I dont know the exact time frame of when things happened so i will try my best.  

At some point I was not playing apex , i was playing like world of warcraft or something.  During this time my account got hacked and I had no idea.  While it was stolen from me and some other person was on my account.... the account was banned... this makes sense as companies do this to prot4ect a users account that was hacked.  I recently wanted to paly apex and all my friends wanted to play as well.  When i tried to log on I found everything was wrong... email, account like every thing... and the only way i was able to find out what my account name was, was that all my friends located my name on their friends lists.  AWESOME RIGHT?!  Well i was able to try to get the account back....   after like 4 tries someone was finally abler to figure out what the account was and they changed the email back and i had access.  Then i realized i cant log on for some reason... took me a little bit but i read up on it and it seemed my account was banned... no p[roblem because surely since they JUST retrieved my account they know it was hacked all this time and i was not the offender.  WROONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   the person who was using my acocunt got it banned and apealed 3 times.  Leaving me with no options and no chance to get my account back.  They didnt even do the slightest bit of research.  they just told me to kick rocks.  I had spent alot of money on that account.  and now i feel like it was stolen twice.... Any ideas or can i get some help?

edit: i also want it noted... i have never hacked in ANY game in my life... never used third party software to make things b etter for me or broken terms and conditions outside of probably being toxic which we are all guilty of i am sure.   games arent fun that way... also honestly i am assuming the person hacked or something... I have no idea what the account is banned for

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You can submit up to 3 disputes with ToS so if you haven't done that, please follow the instructions in the article here. Thank you.

    see this is the problem... you didnt even read the post.  I am confident that yall arent reading anything.  The person that stole my account appeealed it 3 times... yall arent letting me appeal.  and I am putting this in the public eye so everyone can see how yall are treating your customers.

    Every single person does not care about my issue, and they have no inclination in returning my account to the way it was before it was stolen... i believe that everyone that plays ea games should see how yall treat you fanbase before they actually purchase and play your games

    @bit0nme I actually had the same thing happened to me and even better, 5 people from 5 different locations connected to my account the same day, US, UK, FR, GR, AND SPAIN.

    And it's been 5 years i play from the same pc same location (dz) which is no where near the previously stated countries, same internet connection....
    And they couldn't figure it out still 🤣🤣🤣
    and I'm still banned....
    Provided proof of being hacked, provided proof that my pc was shutdown at that exact time... And also provided proof that i haven't been playing around that time at all..

    And still....
    We have conducted all possible investigation 🤣🤣🤣
    Even a live chat employee told me that it is truly obvious i have been hacked and that he really wishes to unban me but " the system won't allow him because TOS team made it as a final decision " 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    I am currently facing the same scenario. My account got hacked literally last week on 21st march. Upon contacting EA I got the same answer from 4 advisors back 2 back "The higher Authority wont help you with your account due to some Internal Security Reasons".

    I kept on trying and at last yesterday I got my account back. In the mean time every advisor assured me that they have secured your account and it wont get banned coz they cant use it(by they I mean the person who hacked my account).

    Guess what? When I got my account it had an active ban attached to it. and after filling a dispute the so called TOS team says they have done 2 full investigations before coming to the verdict of keeping me banned.

    Now They don't want to remove the ban coz apparently it doesn't matter if your account as hacked or not ITS YOU WHO CHEATED.
    All the time and money we invested in this game just went to ashes.
    Note: I added the Last transcript where i got my account back(Most solid proof that it wasn't me ho cheated).
