Account Hacked

A few months back my other account seems to have been hacked and had gotten itself banned, Now I am confused what to do with this matter. I have already tried everything EA is telling me to do, they are simply just not unbanning my account.

I want to get this account back badly, as I have pumped a lot of money into it. I would question If Legal Action would be the best idea for this. As I have proof that It was hacked and even have had contact with steam to prove this.

    I'm afraid we are unable to review or change any accounts on the forums, as these are public boards and we're not able to verify or discuss your account details here.

    If there's an actual account ban, the way to have that reviewed again is via an appeal with the Terms of Service team

    If there are just other details the team needs to confirm before restoring access to an account, you'll need to keep working with the support team to provide that information. You can create a new case or resume a prior case here to get back in touch with support so another advisor can take a look over the situation again.

    It has been multiple months now since the account has been banned, I've sent in multiple cases. And only getting the same automated response from ToS team. That they stand with their decision, I want a real human to look at this.

    When you appeal with the ToS team, that is reviewed by real humans. They have some templated replies to make sure the information they provide is consistent in similar situations, but they are reviewed by actual (human) members of the ToS team.

    Each time you submit an appeal a different member of the team reviews the situation. If it's gotten to a point where you're just getting the response that no further appeals will be reviewed however, that would mean multiple people from the ToS team have taken a look at the situation and our records for whatever took place.

    If they declined to remove a ban/suspension after multiple appeals, I'm afraid that would be final and not something that can be changed through any other channels.
