Account Merged did not select higher level account

Merged my PC account with my PSN account, only to have it select the level 20 something account as the primary and not the level 200+ account with several hundred of cosmetics and hours in the game. ...

I have the transaction records from my "lost account" I would even be okay with that premium currency being added back to my new account since my old account was allegedly "lost" and "not recoverable"
