Account Missing

Putting other accounts into this one won't do anything, as this EA account doesn't have your Apex progress. You'd need to link instead to whichever EA account was used previously. It sounds as though you had unlinked your platforms from the other EA account, so you'd need to try logging in there or re-linking your platforms back to the other EA account to see if you're able to recover access that way.

Thats odd. Im unsure what I am doing wrong as I literally played Apex for a couple months back in April last year and had all my progress then. I have linked my playstation acccount to this account now since my initial post to see if the progress was tied to there but still the same low level account when I launch Apex.

So when I tried what you said I put me into this account as they are now linked. Is there any way you are able to find my account and inform me of what connections it has? The account with all my progress on it is around lvl 500 I think and was a rampart main if those details help pinpoint it if thats even possible. The account was also called Sylarkz just like this one which is why im confused because I only have 2 EA accounts, this one (Sylarkz) and one called RealSylarkz but that one had no connections to ps, xbox or steam etc.

If you had played Apex since launch, it looks like that must have been on a different EA account. This particular EA account hadn't even launched Apex on any platform until some time after you mentioned last playing back in April 2025. It's also never launched the game on PlayStation.

This combined with your mention that your PlayStation account is not connected here indicates there's likely another account where your PlayStation account is connected, and that's likely the EA account with all your progress. 

If you open an incognito mode window and try logging in to the EA Help site, try using the option to log in with your PlayStation info instead of just logging in manually. That should get you to whichever EA account was linked to your PlayStation account. If you're wanting to use that progress but play on Steam, you'd need to link your Steam to that EA account instead at that point.
