Account or not permitted to play online
This has been an ongoing issue for around 11 months, I tried to fix the issue back then, nothing worked so I gave up.. - every time I load into a game it tells me “ this profile is not permitted to play online “ - in those 11mo I have tried buying brand new console ( Xbox series x ), connected to new internet via an Ethernet cable so connection isn’t the issue, I have tried changing voice to chat settings, clearing the MAC address, changing DNS down to making a new/trying a different account even and still getting the same issue.. I’ve spent around $2k on this account and if it weren’t for that I would have just permanently deleted it but I’d like to play - I’ve connected a screen shot of the error not that it hasn’t been posted 100 times already. Any help would be appreciated.
