Alc stopped working

Hey @Shadzua, 

Are you actually able to change the in-game settings? Does it show that the value is changing, but just not reflecting when you're actually playing? 

Yes I’m able to change the settings but they don’t actually change. I can play the game on my account on my gfs ps4 just fine but for some reason my ps5…no alc

Are you playing on the PS5 version of the game, or do you still play on the PS4 version on your PS5?

Just to confirm, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that makes any difference? I know that can be time consuming, but if there's a problem with missing or corrupted data that could help. 

Oooh I went a step further, uninstalled reinstalled a few times and reset ps5 to factory settings

Did you also try testing other accounts on your PS5? This only happens on your account in particular? 

I’ll try my GFs account this weekend to see if it’s just my account.

Confirmed it’s only my account, her account on the ps5 apex works fine.
