All my stuff seems to be locked away.

I moved consoles about a year ago and doing so I stopped playing Apex Legends. Last season I decided to get back in but quickly lost motivation considering there is no cross progression and I left tons of stiff in my main account. I recently bought a PS5 and tried to log into my account to play with everything I had and for some reason all my currency is -9999. I can't change characters, it allows me to play but all my cosmetics are gone. What can I do?

    @2tripletas1soda unfortunately this is a major bug that has been around for months. I've had this bug since June. EA is aware of the issue and have said that Respawn is working on a fix. However, they don't know when the fix will be ready. EA will occasionally post in a megathread on the bug reports section of the forum that you can follow here.  Recently a member of EA posted that it's very unlikely that this will be fixed before the end of the season.
