Allowing [Edit - Admin.]?

I've came across so many team names that literally take the p155 and goes too far past the line... and yet they never take action!? Is it automated or what because what they have to understand is this games for 3+ and what I've read.. I'm not letting my boy on this.. just a bunch of teens and grown men trying to be grim? Incredibly concerning.
