Another Nintendo account is linked to my EA account

I am attempting to link my Nintendo Switch 2 account to my EA account. However, I receive a notification stating that my EA account is already associated with another Nintendo Switch 2 account. In the account settings, under "Linked accounts", I only see PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam. There is no Nintendo account displayed, which prevents me from unlinking the unused account. As a result, I am unable to connect my current Nintendo account.
