Apex account reset after signing in with my original EA email Post

Hello EA Support,

I need help recovering my original Apex Legends account.

I have been playing Apex Legends through Steam since around 2020-2021. My Apex username was BODA EL WEN4, and my Steam username is also BODA EL WEN4.

One day, I launched Apex normally through Steam, but the game suddenly asked me to register/sign in to an EA account. I entered the same Gmail address and password that I originally used for my EA account.

After signing in, Apex opened with a completely new/reset account, and all of my previous Apex progress was gone.

My Steam account is still the same, and my old Apex achievements are still visible on Steam. However, my friends can no longer find my old Apex account in their friends list.

I did not intentionally create a new account or delete my old account.

Could someone please help me recover my original Apex account and progress?

I can provide screenshots and other information to verify that I am the owner of the account.
