I’ve been playing the new Apex season and for some reason my PS5 keeps crashing, i’ve tried deleting the game and redownloading, no results. I’ve tried resetting my PS5 and clearing the cache, no results. I have plenty of free storage so the hardware can run. It only happens on Apex and isn’t an overheating issue as i’ve played hours of other games with 0 crashes. Any suggestions that can help me with this as it’s driving me up the wall.
yo brother - i’ve had the same problem before where my console doesn’t shut off until it randomly does on apex. i see you said it’s not an overheating issue but i really hate to say that it most likely is. that was the solution to my problem as i bought a brand new cord and power supply to replace and the console was breathing a lot better and didnt crash on any game. if even the cord is too hot inside the power supply, it will auto shut off every time. my buddy has the same issue and they sent him a new playstation
hey, thank you for the advice. I bought a new power cable and i’m still having the same issue, ive tried everything i could but theres no solution that i can find.
