Apex coins from EA Wallet

I recently purchased $65 in EA gift cards from Walmart online. Walmart sent me emails containing short codes that I was able to enter into my EA Wallet no problem. My balance says $65. However, when ...

Hey @anemicdolphinog,

Were you trying to purchase those coins through a website storefront, or directly through the shop in-game?

As these funds were already added to your EA Wallet, were you able to try signing into Apex via the EA app specifically to see if you're able to pick up the coins there?

If this error is popping up in-game through the EA app, can you grab a screenshot for us? Thanks!
