Apex Coins Lost

Both my bank and Xbox have approved payments for Apex coins and my account is still -9,100 when it should be at 2,400 to include the 300 I earned from the battle pass with out the battle pass I’d be at 2,100. I’ve talked to the support team, have screen shots of proof of payments from Xbox and my bank and my Apex account still is negative
