Apex Crashing Frequently

Are you getting an error when the game crashes, if so, what does it say?

We have an article with a few troubleshooting steps you can try. We also have an article with some graphical troubleshooting steps that could solve the issue.

EA_QueenBee​ Im getting no errors. Just game freezes then system stuck at restarting loop when i see the logs it say just bluescreen
this only happens when playing apex. There is no issue while playing other games like marvel rivals, valorant etc

Just to check, do you mean that you're now having problems in other games, or is that a type and you don't have problems with other games?

Have you tried the steps in the articles I shared?

-Re-installing apex
- Windows OS reset
-CPU Stress test
- CPU dismantle and re-assemble
- My home Power Check 

Everything seems to be normal

Still my pc crashing while playing apex not other games.

Hmmm, if you've already tried everything in those articles and completely reset your entire OS too, then it seems like there's something pretty serious going wrong. Could you share a DxDiag just in case I can see something in there?
