Since new update playstation players are experiencing a bug that hasn't yet been publicly adressed by any developer or anyone over at EAhelp, lost over 500+ rp over that issue alone and I have no idea how to hold the highest rank in the game with literally not being able to make points due to this bug, and only been losing them the past 3 days due to this bug! Need any answers or hope of a hot-fix available, it's very disheartening. EAhelp on twitter also doesn't respond to DMs or posts made asking about this issue.

@Octopause Which platform are you on?This happens to my best friend who plays ranked with me - he is on ps5. I am on xbox series s. we are down another 300 points today just to that bug alone.
- @EA_Illium yea same here it seems like Playstation and Xbox players are experiencing this issue . Please come up with a fix as soon as possible.
Also when I load into a match Im able to get into the match but my screen is frozen but my person is able to move. A lot of bug/issue.

Yeah it’s so disheartening to try to grind the rest of the season out when you don’t know if you’re going to get DCd at the start of the game, it doesn’t even have a pattern. I’m just worried there will be nothing done about it in time. And HOW are some of these players able to rack up thousands of points and never DC when they’re playing on the same device type as us???? It’s so unfair and nobody has any answers I tried asking and searching for a solution everywhere. 15 days left and it’s not even being addressed by anyone that has the power to try to look into it and solve it. No offense @EA_Illium , I just really want our points back and to be literally over 1K down by now in them with the fault of the provider (AND KNOWING THEY CAN’T BE JUST GIVEN BACK TO INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS) gives us how much hope we can even hold Apex Predator nor that this issue is even getting solved this season? Can you please, please, please urge this somewhere it can be seen, addressed and solved? I’m so tired of feeling defeated over a videogame I enjoy.
