PlayStation: Boot in Safe Mode, Option 5 Rebuild Database: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/safe-mode-playstation/
Steam: Verify files - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair

 - Download and install all available Windows Updates
