Apex Crashing

So im very loyal to apex and I crash every 30 to 60 minutes and its not my xbox cuase i went and got it checked and its fine i cleaned the dust out and everything i deleted it and reinsralled it and even wiped my memeroy on it and resigned in to see if it was a memeroy curroption and its still doing it so im thinking its the game cuase it dose it to some of my friends and when im fighting players randomly theyll freeze and run in place and then we kill them but thats them crashing and if u cant fix this at the very least make the animation of the begging skip able so we can get back into the game faster cuase i will be playing ranked like 200 rp and crash and take for ever to get back in cuase of that .
