Apex Cross Progress play not working

I was playing with some friends on console and then but we had a PC player and we console players suck when we play in pc lobbies so we wanted to swap over to our pc to play instead to make it easier for us. Only problem is, when I closed out of apex on console and shut it down, I open apex on PC and it says I can't play because my account is already logged in on another device but it's not.... The console has no power to it at all.
