Apex Crossprogession lost

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to get my ps4 progression to my pc one on apex for the last 2 to 3 hours but I came across a problem.

For some reason my ps4 (level 150) merged with my xbox (level 8) and I lost EVERYTHING I had from heirlooms to skins to champions.

Is there any way of recovering what I lost or no all the help is appreciated.

Another problem I have is that my psn account says its linked to this account but when I open  my linked tabs it says its not linked nor to psn nor to xbox????

    Hey @OLXDF 

    This issue occurs when you unlink your platform account from your EA account and link it to another EA profile. Unfortunately, this process only resets the account's progress.

    If you disconnect your platform account and then reconnect it to your original EA account, you may be able to recover your items if you can still access the account. There is no guarantee, though.
