Apex freezes and crashes; I have to repair the game before I can launch it again

Hello everyone,

I have recently been experiencing a recurring issue with Apex Legends. While I am playing, the game suddenly freezes and then closes completely, preventing me from launching it again.

When I try to open it, the game either does not respond or crashes again. The only solution I have found is to open the EA app and use the “Repair” option. Once the repair process is complete, the game works again, but the same problem eventually returns.

I have already restarted both my computer and the EA app, but the issue continues. I have also received a message saying that my data could not be synchronized with the cloud, although I am not sure whether the two problems are related.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a permanent solution that could prevent me from having to repair the game every time it freezes and crashes?
