Apex is stuck in the loading screen, but my internet is fine

I was stuck on the loading screen for a very long time and couldn't enter the menu after the update on March 24, but my internet had no problems and I could still play other games besides Apex without problems. Do you have a solution? I've used VPN, I can log in, but when I queue, I'm thrown into the loading screen menu again
