After installing the awakening collection update, my Apex on my main account doesn’t work. On a different Steam account however it boots perfectly fine. Everytime I open apex it goes to a white screen then closes and won’t even start. I’ve tried everything from verifying files to reinstall. Idk what else to do.

Hi @DrGoofensmirtz Is it possible to try using a different network? If not, can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot and seeing if this continues?

ever since the new update mine has been doing the same launch thru steam like normal pulls up anticheat launcher but as soon as it opens apex it just crashes and nothing fixes it

"There currently is an ongoing issue affecting clients that use launch options.
On Steam you can fix it by:
Right clicking Apex
Going to properties
In general remove "+reticle_color" from the launch options (Also remove the numbers after that)
As for Origin, I wouldn't know right now, though you can also get there by right clicking the game.
They're not removing this feature, it's just an issue and this is a temporary workaround." Hello, after a fresh instal Windows 10 and Apex with updated Nvidia and local drivers. I've downgraded and upgraded the Nvidia drivers. Can someone help with the crashes I'm having once in game within a minute or two? It just closes. I've tried what was mentioned with lowering priority and windows firewall etc.

I just downloaded Apex Legends from Steam and it keeps crashing while in the initial loading screen.
I already tried all the resolutions from the internet, including updating the graphics drivers, repairing the game files, I even installed it from the EA launcher too and it still doesn't work.
There is also no error message or logs of any kind. One thing, that I found was an event in the Windows Administrative Events, which says:

The game is installed on an external Samsung T7 SSD with 1TB.

Suddenly pop up by the time the game is for games or freeze on a particular interface, then the movement of the mouse there will be a visible delay, after two seconds the mouse become fluent, the entire computer is frozen, unable to use the task manager, but other application's voice can be heard, unable to unfreeze, can only be forced to restart, ask everybody to help me please!!
