Apex legends - not able to connect to servers!

So I have been having an issue over the last few months in which I attempt to log into apex legends but for some reason my whole internet connection then drops out and I cannot load into the actual game itself, it works for my account on a different Xbox I have attempted deleting and redownloading the game numerous times as well as resetting my Xbox entirely. I just don’t know what else to do.
