Apex Legends black screen 720p Do you have a solution?

Hey @WhoAteMyLife. 

Does it matter if you have the game set to fullscreen or windowed fullscreen? Does it still show up the same way?

The screen is too small. It makes me not good at playing. Maybe because I do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E20TptYTBoM&t

Because I'm considerate of my teammates Which I have to be a hindrance, for example, low FPS, computer freezes and I can't see the enemy (this one I might be simpleton -_-')

If you edited something in the videoconfig file that might be why this is happening. Have you tried repairing the game in Origin to test and see if that helps at all? If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up. 

Let me know how that goes when you have a chance to give it a try.

Have you tried reverting the changes you made to the config file to see if that makes any difference at all?

why  720p can run in full screen and  1024x768  cant run? @EA_Kent ?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you having the same issue as the OP in this thread? Did you also make edits to your config file?

I even formatted my pc and installed the apex again and logged in to see if I could put it in full screen and nothing! everything default!

Ah, I see what you mean. Are you using a 4:3 aspect ratio?
