APEX LEGENDS CAN'T CONNECT TO EA SERVERS ON MY ACCOUNT

So I have an issue where I can't connect to the EA servers through my main account to play APEX Legends, I live in Australia by the way, after numerous phone calls and a online chat and trying everything EA has advised me to do including the UO Trace report and then leading to the 'port' option going through my ISP, nothing has worked, what I have discovered:

I have two other house mates I live with, both have PC's in the same room as me both have wired connection's in the same room as me, they can log in fine and play Apex Legends with no issues at all, so to test something out I tried logging into my account through the Origin app on each of their computers, not an issue, I launch the Apex legends game client, click the mouse to continue and it still wont allow me to connect to the EA servers or play the game, I have tried every server within my country and outside of it in the DATA Centre that you can access through the main menu, to see if it would connect and have had no luck at all, I have made a BRAND NEW Origin/EA account to see if it could play the game, I logged in, launched the game and can play with no issue at all, what's the go with that?????????????!!!!

I have expressed my concerns to EA that its not my ISP or my computer it has something to do with my account, I have not been banned and have had EA support confirm this with me over the phone that I am not.

If I can play with an alternate account and not my own on any PC or connection what am I supposed to do now?? I have spent money on my Main original account to buy the apex packs, the season pass, skins etc cause I love the game that much but now I cannot even access those in game items and purchases to enjoy because of this very reason, I feel like I've been ripped off, I just want a solution to fix this problem please. 

And to add to this, every time I ring up EA support to continue further with my issue, they ask me the same questions over and over again every time, to which I repeatedly say the same answers to, like don't the support teams update the case on file??? to let the other workers know what the customers has already done so it makes it easier to continue on to fix the problem?? It wastes my time

  • and to add to this I have spent 350 hours of my life playing this game, if I can't get any sort of solution to this problem, what an absolute waste 

  • @GAWA_Saisokufor me, I was created origin acc in esport center .then when I was right back to my house, I can't play either. and I am searching for the solution to help mine,can't found the right solution that I need.

  • When I reach the Apex legends home screen I press continue I get in play some matches. Then I get bored and go to play a different game when I go back to Apex legends home screen it says down in the bottom left corner Data Center: Downloading... 0. So I wait a minute and no servers pop up. Then it says Downloading... 404 then I wait about a good half hour and it still doesn't do anything.

  • Are you still having issues with this? I know you posted this a long time ago... I have the same problem right now. I really hope you are back on Apex and on your main account as well!

    No, you're not alone. I logged in to play with a friend to show him the issues ive been having and then it DC'd me and began spitting out code about connections and whatnot.

    I logged back in briefly and all servers were reading at 15 to 55 ping and an average of 30% packet loss.

    Then my Xbox live connection took a running dump. Now it's blinking on and off. Dunno what's going on whether it's EA or Xbox

    Where you able to fix the issue for you?
    I have the same issue now and support only says:
    "Issue is currently analysed" -> obviously not since the issue isn't new ^^
