APEX LEGENDS CAN'T CONNECT TO EA SERVERS ON MY ACCOUNT
So I have an issue where I can't connect to the EA servers through my main account to play APEX Legends, I live in Australia by the way, after numerous phone calls and a online chat and trying everything EA has advised me to do including the UO Trace report and then leading to the 'port' option going through my ISP, nothing has worked, what I have discovered:
I have two other house mates I live with, both have PC's in the same room as me both have wired connection's in the same room as me, they can log in fine and play Apex Legends with no issues at all, so to test something out I tried logging into my account through the Origin app on each of their computers, not an issue, I launch the Apex legends game client, click the mouse to continue and it still wont allow me to connect to the EA servers or play the game, I have tried every server within my country and outside of it in the DATA Centre that you can access through the main menu, to see if it would connect and have had no luck at all, I have made a BRAND NEW Origin/EA account to see if it could play the game, I logged in, launched the game and can play with no issue at all, what's the go with that?????????????!!!!
I have expressed my concerns to EA that its not my ISP or my computer it has something to do with my account, I have not been banned and have had EA support confirm this with me over the phone that I am not.
If I can play with an alternate account and not my own on any PC or connection what am I supposed to do now?? I have spent money on my Main original account to buy the apex packs, the season pass, skins etc cause I love the game that much but now I cannot even access those in game items and purchases to enjoy because of this very reason, I feel like I've been ripped off, I just want a solution to fix this problem please.
And to add to this, every time I ring up EA support to continue further with my issue, they ask me the same questions over and over again every time, to which I repeatedly say the same answers to, like don't the support teams update the case on file??? to let the other workers know what the customers has already done so it makes it easier to continue on to fix the problem?? It wastes my time
