Apex legends keeps on crashing upon startup right after the intro video.
This problem occured after the Season 30 patch, I play on a high-end PC.
Things I have tried so far:
- reinstalling Apex Legends
- reinstalling EasyAntiCheat
- EasyAntiCheat Administrator mode
- repair files
- delete local savedgame files & config
Nothing seems to work, however my other account starts up fine.
Not sure what the issue is? Please need help!

Sorry to hear Apex has been crashing after the intro since the Season 30 update, especially after you’ve already tried so many troubleshooting steps.
Since another account launches normally on the same PC and game installation, that suggests the issue may not be caused by the installation itself. It may be related to something specific to the affected account or profile data.
One additional thing worth trying is completely closing any overlays, key-remapping software, and unnecessary background applications before launching Apex.

Could you also let us know whether you receive any error code or error message when the affected account crashes?
If possible, it would also be helpful to test the affected account on another PC to see whether the same crash happens there.
