Apex Legends Cross-Progression not working

As long as both platform accounts are under the same main EA Account, then cross progression will take into affect.

There's no exact time lapse as to when you'll receive the prompt for cross progression in the main menu before logging into the lobby of Apex Legends. I myself have been waiting since the release of the new season, but eventually you will get the chance to merge your accounts.
