Apex Legends Full Account Reset — All Items/Progress Gone

Hello,

I recently returned to playing Apex Legends, but after logging into my account, I discovered that all my account progress has been completely reset. All my in-game items, character skins, unlocks, and account content have reverted to their initial/default state, as if I were a brand-new player.

Could you please help me investigate and resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in restoring my account to its previous state.

  • Having the same issue. Reached out to support earlier today and haven't gotten a response yet. Supposedly it's some kind of desync issue.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.

    If the account now looks completely reset, with everything back to default, this usually points more to an account access or account-linking issue than the content being permanently removed.

    In Apex, progress and unlocked content are tied to the EA Account, so if you’ve ended up signed into a different EA Account than before, it can make the game look like a brand-new account. I’d also avoid unlinking or relinking anything further for now unless you’re completely sure of the setup, just to avoid making the situation more complicated.

    Unfortunately, account-related issues like this can’t really be restored from the forums. The best next step would be to contact the support team through this webform and explain that the account appears reset after returning.
