I'm playing through Steam. I tried adding -dx11, but it's still the same.

The freezes are showing up in your DxDiag alright, but unfortunately it's not immediately clear as to what's causing them. It's not likely to be an EAC issue though. Are you playing on Steam or the EA app? If you go to the start options for your game, try adding "-dx11" (without the quotation marks). If you need some help with that, just let me know what launcher you play on and I can offer some specific instructions.

I reinstall the game, run game as administrator, clear crash, repair the library, trying to repair EAC, but I don't know why the EAC gui isn't displaying

Hey Tonklav123,
Hopefully we can get you back into your game soon. Just to check, what have you already tried to solve this issue? That way I won't recommend something you've already done.
