Hi @Winterpai,
Would you mind sharing a DxDiag when you have the chance? For more information on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.
Thanks!

Hi @Winterpai,
Thanks! I appreciate it.Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there's anything else running that might be causing this to happen that may help to get around it.
For more information on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks again.

I've played quite a bit since this last post and the issue seems to be gone! Not sure if it was the firmware updates or the patch that came out soon after that fixed it though. Either way, the problem is no longer present for me.
Thanks!
@EA_KentHappy to try this and will report back.
In the meantime, can you tell me if you are aware of any reports of Discord and Apex not playing nice? I played with Discord disabled yesterday and had no connectivity issues. Again, this only happens with Apex. But I digress, I will report back, Kent!

I haven't heard about any specific issues with Discord and Apex Legends, but that's interesting to note. Do you run the Discord overlay while you're playing?/Kent
- @EA_Kent Hi, Keith. No, I do not.
PC player here.I’ve had the same issue, it’s been persistent now. My speed runs at 32 mbps. 5 minutes into a match and I’m lagging constantly. It then proceeds to boot me off giving me error code:leaf. Once I’m booted off by the game itself. I proceed to run a speed test through google. My speed comes back at 32mbps. The game is telling me I have no connection, but google and my computer tell me otherwise. This game is becoming rather unplayable.

@EA_KentHi there. I played again today with Discord not running (not even in background). The disconnection problem still happened. I then tried the Clean Boot, but didn't have internet connectivity or sound when I restarted, nor I could I launch Apex.
To summarize: Apex kills my internet connection. Doesn't matter if Discord is on or not. I play lots of games, Apex is only one that kills my internet connection. When this happens, it doesn't affect rest of house. Clean Boot disabled too much functionality of my PC to even launch Apex. Packet loss and prediction error are the two symbols I get in game.
