Yeah I think this is my issue as well the game is almost always using CPU usage at 100%.

First I thought the game have problem with shader compilation or texture pool streaming but this might be a case as well since I saw the game uses too much CPU handles in task manager.

Thank you for pointing this out. I hope the devs see this.
