Apex Legends PREDICTION ERROR in-game, 0% PACKAGE LOSS

About four days ago the game started having latency issues in-game, I get the Package Loss icon on the top right corner but when checking in Data Center it says 20ms and 0% package loss. I experience stuttering in-game due to it, when it happens in gun fights it is tragic for me. I opened a ticket and chatted with one of EA's tech support members, did what she asked of me but it didnt help. The youtube video recommending flush dns and some other cmd commands helped for one game and that game would stutter until landing. It would be unreasonable to ask me to do that every game since I have to restart my pc to make it work. Training runs fine, I ran around, climbed, jumped and shoot for a few minutes with no problems. Worth mentioning the game worked fine for a month or so.

I bought the Battle Pass a week and a half ago and the game is unplayable.

edit: now I noticed its not the Package Loss symbol, its the prediction error. I get package loss when spectating someone.
