Hey VRDSnikaros,
Are you currently using the EA account that originally had your PSN connected, or is this the new account?
Progress is stored at the EA account level, so if you link a platform to a different EA account, it will only have access to the content there - nothing is copied or transferred over. In those cases, re-linking the platform(s) to the original EA account where the progress was first made would be the only way to try recovering access to that progress.

It all began back in May when I wanted to play, I had previously connected to my steam account my MAIN EA ACCOUNT which is the one with progress, and now I am logged on both consoles at the Fresh One.

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying. The EA account you're posting with currently is actually pretty new, and has never launched Apex on any PlayStation platform until just recently. It sounds like things may have been linked to the wrong EA account - this definitely is not your main account, or at least isn't the one with all your progress. You'd need to try and locate whichever EA account your PSN was linked to prior to this account and see if re-linking there instead will restore access to the content and progress that's missing.
We aren't able to verify, change, or discuss your account details on a public board, but if you run into trouble with that process you can definitely contact support to have them take a look with you.
