Apex Legends progress reset after account recovery – Case #222727548

Hello EA,

My Apex Legends account was hacked in 2022 and recently recovered. After recovery, all progress, skins, and level were reset to level 1. I last played in April 2022 and had nearly 1000 hours of playtime.

I request that this issue be investigated by the Account Specialist / Game Data team, as my progress was unfairly reset. Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
