Apex legends progress reset due to linking of accounts

    Hi there, @DudePerfect73512.

    Unfortunately, we're not able to restore the content you lost or link the previous account. When you unlink an account, progress and content is lost.

There's a warning before unlinking accounts that this will happen. Unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do about this.

The warning is a joke. I just lost 1000 hours and money. I'm done with your game and your platform. Have fun with this practice you have developed. I'll spread the word.

    If you link your original account again, all your progress and content will return.

    I've played apex only on playstation and nothing else but for some reason the game had me log in to my ea account again. I shouldn't have to do that if I've already linked it before so why is that becoming an issue?

    It's possible you were forced to log in again just to secure your account. Are you missing any content or progress from having to log in again?

    @EA_Aljo I'm missing everything from skins, heirlooms, battle pass rewards, apex coins, etc. The only thing I still have is my level progress and KD

    It sounds like you unlinked your account. If that's the case, it needs to be linked again. Try contacting an advisor so they can look in to this. To do that, open a case here.

    I read under your tips for "I think I linked to the wrong EA account" that there might be a way for a advisor to combine the two accounts and maybe get my progress back, what is a support number I can call and get this figured out.

    We're not able to combine the 2 accounts, but an advisor should be able to investigate any account issues. You'll need to open a case here to get in touch with one.
