Apex legends stuck at 60 FPS

I have tried everything like adding steam +fps_max 0; changing to borderless window, looking at the videoconfig files, turning on and off vsync, graphics settings, uninstall and reinstalling the game, and much more and the game is still stuck at 60 fps, i dont know what to do anymore

I am playing on a gaming laptop with a 3050 and plugging in a 1440p 210hz monitor, other games like marvel rivals and overwatch worked perfectly fine, only apex have this issue

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue?
