Apex Legends Unable to Login-We Cannot complete this action at this time on PS4

I go into Apex on my PS4 for the first time and try to login to my ea account and made sure my username and password were right several times but every time I get the same error message.            ...

Hi,

my connectivity is good. I think my issue might be that I do not have any connected accounts. I tried to connect my PSN with my EA account but it’s saying

Account Ilegible

The email accounts associated with EA and PlayStation are the same.

Gotcha, thanks!

Can you try something else for me to see if that helps? Reset the password for your EA Account to see if you're still getting the same error message after that. For more info on how to reset it check out the EA Help website. 

Let me know if you're still seeing that same error message after the password has been updated.

    Hi,

    We finally solved my login issues. We had to be sure that both the EA and PSN accounts were adult accounts. Having an account as a kid was the problem. Once we did that, I was able to login to Apex.
