Typically as long as no accounts have been unlinked, your progress should be available on the new console if it's on the same EA account. Have you unlinked any accounts since you last played?

When you mention nothing transferred, does that mean you're back to level 1 as well, or do you have some cosmetics/currency but not others? Are you able to grab a screenshot of your lobby screen, by chance?
