Same here, Win10 with X-Fi Titanium, its a shame because it still gives great audio!
I had to uninstall the driver and use the generic one that comes with Windows.
..And even then, it sounds better than the garbage integrated audio on my motherboard.
If you're going to use it like this, remember to set it to 48000 Hz; it seems bugged and sounds bad at other frequencies.
