Apex not loading... at all

I tried to play apex on my pc. I'd get to the continue screen, click continue, then I'd be greeted with a black screen, I can hear the audio but I can't click or see anything.

So I moved onto my Xbox. Opened the game up on Xbox, clicked continue. And still the same black screen, despite being on a completely different platform.

I know its not my monitor cause I tried my TV and still black.

And I've heard about the loading screen glitch, held space bar and a (both platforms) for a few seconds, still nothing.

Any fix?
