Apex pack opened but no loot gained and its gone

I tried to open a pack during the slow servers after the new release, but it froze before the pack opened so i restarted the game. When I went back in my pack was gone and I have no items. I checked ...

    @ObvAnIdiot Hey, when this happens, the pack will be opened and the contents delivered, but it might not properly mark the new content with the red dot.

    In this case the pack gave a Mirage quip, a Mirage banner pose, and a rare skin for the EVA. Can you check if you have the new content marker in your inventory?

    Thank you for the response, you were right the absence of the red dot got me confused.

    I do have the contents of the pack.
