Apex packs dissapeared after upgrade to wishlist

I just had this happen

Thank you Apex for not doing anything at all. 

I tried to open 50 packs but upgraded them to wishlist packs. After opening en recieved and error and the packs didnt open and also dissapeared out my inventory.

Made this bug repport 3 months ago but no answer from EA... really nice service by the way. Going to try again and hopefully someone helps me this time

The issue happened around three months ago. Since then, I have opened many other packs, so it's impossible for me to verify whether the missing 50 Wishlist Packs were actually restored. Apex Legends doesn't provide any inventory history or pack log that would allow me to confirm this.

Could you please check my account on your end and confirm whether the missing packs were granted, or provide the date and details of the restoration? That would help me verify that the issue has actually been resolved.
