Apex Packs not received

I purchased 100 packs on 4/14/26 at 1:20am PST. I upgraded those packs with the red in-game currency. Then i opened all of them, and before seeing any rewards was prompted a server connection issue. ...

Hey _HennGawd_,

Just to confirm with you here, you do receive the contents of these packs even when this error pops up. What the error will prevent are the new item notifications, meaning you may unfortunately need to check each Legend/Weapon, etc. to see what's new.

I checked my character items’ multiple times, and I did not receive any cosmetic item in terms of characters, weapons, or art. The only thing i did receive was crafting materials in an abnormal amount. Before opening my 100 packs i had ~2k crafting materials. I now have 7k, which seems way beyond the standard amount someone would receive.
