Apex ranked Penalty

Hello, i don't know whether this is the appropriate format to use for this, it's not game breaking but whether the server has problems while i'm playing ranked and they crash, i end up paying with an abandonment penalty which i don't think its fair, i have no idea what to do in these cases, thanks for your help in advance!
